Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto,
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Michael L. Benesh, hereby certify that Yamamoto Property, Tract
No. CT 04-01, Map No. 15676 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, filed as document no. 2008-0127756 in the Office ofthe Recorder ofthe County
of San Diego on March 11, 2008 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section
66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Corrections:
The street name of Surf Crest Avenue as shown on said map shall be changed to Surf
Crest Street as listed below:
Sheet 1: Within Ownership Statement and City Clerk's Certificate.
Sheet 2: The through street labeled "Surf Crest Avenue".
Sheet 3: The through street labeled "Surf Crest Avenue".
Sheet 4: Within item 2D.
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are
the names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission
on the date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners
have been notified of these corrections.
