PURSUANT TO Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto,
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Douglas B. Stroup, hereby certify that City of Carisbad Tract No. OS-
OS "La Costa Greens N. 1.16", Map No. 15719, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, filed as Document No. 2008-0503312 in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of San Diego on September 23, 2008 is in error and is corrected in accordance with
Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
PURSUANT TO Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act, the original surveyor charged with
the responsibility for setting monuments has been replaced.
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
SURVEYOR'S NOTE: This Certificate of Connection is filed to correct the location and/or
character of monuments previously set by or under the direction and control of David W. Ambler
PLS 7322 and replaced by Douglas B. Stroup, PLS 8553.

• The symbols indicating a found lead & disc stamped "LS 7322" in top of curb at an offset of
9.75' at the corners and points of curve along the west side of Estrelia De Mar Road and
north side of Dove Lane were shown in error. Lead and discs stamped "LS 7322" were set
by David W. Ambler in top of curb at an offset of 9.75' per this map (Map 15719) at said
locations, unless othenA/ise listed below.
• Set a lead and disc stamped "LS 8553" at an offset of 9.75' in lieu of a lead and disc
stamped "LS 7322" at an offset of 9.75' at the following locations:
• At the southeasteriy terminus of course N 31 °11 '40" W, 114.59' of Lot 1 along Estrelia
De Mar Road.
• At the northwest corner of Lot 2.
• At the most southeriy comer of Lot 2.
• Due to monumentation of lead and discs at an offset of 9.75', did not set 2" iron pipes with
tags stamped "LS 7322" at the corners, BCs, and ECs of Lot 1 and Lot 2 along Estrelia De
Mar Road and Dove Lane.

• Set a 2" iron pipe with tag stamped "LS 8553" at the northwest corner of Lot 1 in lieu of a 2"
iron pipe with tag stamped "LS 7322".
• Due to fence location, a 5/8" rebar with cap stamped "LS 7322" was set by David W. Ambler
at the northerly terminus of course N 01''04'00" E, 271.47 of the easteriy line of Lot 2 in lieu
of a 2" iron pipe stamped "LS 7322".
• Due to fence location, a lead and disc stamped "LS 7322" was set by David W. Ambler in
brow ditch at the southeasterly terminus of course N 32*'50'00" W, 130.10' of the
southeasteriy line of Lot 2 in lieu of a 2" iron pipe stamped "LS 7322".

In accordance with Section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the
names of all the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date
of the filing of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these
corrections.
