Pursuant to Chapter Z, Article 7, of the-Subdivision Map Act or 3.60110118770,5 of the Land Surveyor's
Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I, Robert D. Vasquez, hereby certify that,
Tract No. 05-13, Map No. 15740 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed
as document no. 2009-0044493 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on January
29, 2009 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or
Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Corrections:
Referring to sheets 5 and 7:
The document recording date and instrument number shown in the legend for easement "F"
to the Vallecitos Water District as:
"...Document No. 2007-0547241 O.R., Dated August 17, 2007" should be corrected to:
"...Document No. 2007-0547221 O.R., Dated August 16, 2007"
Also the stamping on the monuments to be set on this map as shown on all sheets as:
"n indicates searched, nothing found. Set 1" I.P. marked LS 7177"
"A indicates set well monument per San Diego Regional Standard Drawing No. M-10
marked LS 7177"
Should be corrected to match the Surveyor's License Number as shown on Sheet 1 to read:
"n indicates searched, nothing found. Set 1" I.P. marked LS 7300"
"A indicates set well monument per San Diego Regional Standard Drawing No. M-10
marked LS 7300"
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names
of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing
or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these
corrections.
