CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS
GIVEN that I, Mark A. Brencick, hereby certify that City of Carlsbad Tract CT 06-01, Tract No. 06-01,
Map No. 15818 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no.
2011-0137705 in the Office ofthe Recorder ofthe County of San Diego on March 15,2011 is in error and
is corrected in accordance with section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as
follows:
On sheet number 2:
1 The Northeasterly property comer of Lot 1 is monumented with a 2" iron pipe w/disc
"LS 7226" in lieu of a lead and disc "LS 5717" on top of wall.
2 The Southeasterly property comer of Lot 1 is monumented with a 2" iron pipe w/disc
"LS 7226" to replace a 3/4" iron pipe with disc "LS 2789" destroyed during
construction.
3 The three (3) Westerly property comers of Lot 1 are monumented with a lead and
disc "LS 7226" in concrete in lieu of a 2" iron pipe w/disc "LS 5717".
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of
all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or
recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these corrections.
