SHEET 7 OF 13 SHEETS + Rear corners of Lots 34 through 42, inclusive, along Lot 65 were monumented by a lead and disc stamped "LS 8553" set along an extension of the lot line at an offset of 1.00' on top of pilaster or wall in lieu of a 3/4" iron pipe with disc stamped "LS 8553" at the true corner. + Set a lead and disc stamped "LS 8553" at an offset of 1.00' on top of pilaster or wall from the southwesterly terminus of course N 63°49'26" E, 15.85' of the northerly line of Lot 37 in lieu of a 3/4" iron pipe with disc stamped "LS 8553" at the true corner. + Set a 3/4" iron pipe with disc stamped "LS 8553" at all true ECs and BCs shown in DETAIL 'H' in lieu of a lead and disc stamped "LS 8553" set at an offset of 9. 75', except as noted below: • Set a lead and disc stamped "LS 8553" at the true PCC of the westerly terminus of curve delta 23°18'04", radius 2463.00', length 1001.66' of the southerly sideline of Rancho Santa Fe Road.
