Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE IS
GIVEN that I, John P. Gervais, hereby certify that Tabata 10, Tract No. CT 06-13, Map No. 15992 in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2014-0396608 in
the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on 09/15/2014 is in error and is corrected in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows:
Corrections:
The legend on Sheet 3 of said Map 15992 is corrected to include:
11 SET STANDARD M-10 WELL MONUMENT WITH 3" BRASS DISC STAMPED "LS 8674".
The monumentation notes on Sheet 3 of said Map 15992 are corrected to read:
ALL BOUNDARY CORNERS, EXCEPT AS NOTED BELOW, WERE SET WITH A 2" X 24"
IRON PIPE WITH DISC STAMPED "LS 8674". REAR LOT CORNERS WERE SET WITH A
3/4" X 18" IRON PIPE WITH DISC STAMPED "LS 8674". BOUNDARY CORNERS AND
LOT CORNERS ALONG THE SIDELINES OF DEDICATED STREETS WERE
MONUMENTED WITH A LEAD AND DISC STAMPED "LS 8674" SET ALONG AN
EXTENSION OF THE LOT LINE AT AN OFFSET OF 9.75 FEET, 12.75 FEET, 13.75 FEET,
15.25 FEET OR 15.50 FEET IN THE TOP OF CURB. BC'S, EC'S AND PCR'S AND
ANGLE POINTS WERE MONUMENTED WITH A LEAD AND DISC STAMPED "LS 8674"
AT AN OFFSET OF 9.75 FEET OR 12.75 FEET IN THE TOP OF CURB, MEASURED
RADIALLY, OR AT A RIGHT ANGLE, TO THE RIGHT OF WAY LINE.
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names
of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing
or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these
corrections.
