Marois PLS 5941, hereby certify that Map 16056 (CT No. 12-01) in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2015-700034 7 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on September 4, 2015 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows: Corrections: (1) On Sheet 4, the street survey monument to be installed at the centerline intersection of Pio Pico Drive and Lanai Court, could not be set, lands on sewer manhole. Set a street survey monument at a 5.00 foot offset west from the centerline of Pio Pico Drive on the centerline of Lanai Court. (2) On Sheet 4, the lead plug with brass disc stamped "LS 5941" at the end of "L 17", easterly return of Lot 1, was not set, lands on ac berm. Set a ¾" x 18" iron pipe with brass disc stamped "LS 5941" at the PCR Lot 1, north end of "C1 ". (3) On Sheet 4, the street survey monument, to be installed at the point of curve at the west end of the centerline of Lanai Court annotated as "N89°25'03"W 127 .15' ," conflicts with an existing sewer man hole. Set a street survey monument at a 5.00 foot offset east of point of curve on centerline of Lanai Court. In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been notified of these corrections.
