Said 5.00 foot offset measured along the centerline of Sanderling Court bearing North 77'14'16" West. 4 Due to non completion of street improvements, set a 2 x 24" iron pipe with disc marked "L.S. 5669 in lieu of a standard "10 survey monument with disc marked "L.S. 5669 at the centerline point of intersection on Sanderling Court which measures along the centerline of Sanderling Court 126.66 feet on a bearing of North 48"16'48" East from the intersection of Hummingbird Road. 4 on a 9.75 foot offset in lieu of a lead plug and brass disc stamped "L.S. 5669 set in Unless noted below, set a lead plug and brass disc stamped "L.S. 5669 on top of a curb sidewalk or curb on a 7.00 foot offset from the property line on the prolongation of the lot line or radial to point of curve. . Said Curve @ concave northerly, having a central angle of 80°0000, a radius of 20.00 feet and a length of 27.93 feet. . At both easterly and westerly ends of a curve in Lot 99 of Tract 85-35 concave southeasterly, having a central angle of 17°13’55”, a radius of 230.00 feet and a length of 69.17 feet. The westerly terminus of said curve measures 54.41 feet along the northerly right of way of Sanderling Court bearing North 48V7’07” East from the aforementioned Curve@. . At both the northerly and southerly right of way termini of Sanderling Court at the easterly line of the 150.00 foot San Diego Gas and Electric Company Easement in Tract 85-35 Map No. 1241 1. .
