NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, Dennis W. Good, hereby certify that CARLSBAD TRACT CT 04-06
recorded as Map No. 19875, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on November 4th 2005 as file No. 2005-
0964040, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act, or any amendment thereto.
SHEET 2 OF 6 SHEETS
1. Under Legend, Registration number on all set monuments is "LS 8084" in lieu of "LS
6665".
2. Under Legend, Set lead and disk stamped LS 6665. Should read "Set %" x 18" Iron Pipe
with disk stamped LS 8084".
