Brencick, hereby certify that City of Carlsbad Minor Subdivision MS 13-06, Tract No. 13-06, Parcel Map No. 21156 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2014-0362113 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on August 22, 2014 is in error and is corrected in accordance with section 66469 of the Subdivision map Act or any amendment thereto as follows: On sheet number 3: The BC along the front property line ofParcel4 is monumented with a nail and disc marked "L.S. 7226" in the top of curb set at an offset of 9.00', measured radial to the right-of-way line in lieu of a nail and disc marked "L.S. 7226" in the top of curb set at an offset of9.75', measured radial to the right-of-way line. 2 The front property corner common to Parcels 3 and 4 is monumented with a nail and disc marked "L.S. 7226" in the top of curb on an extension of the side lot line produced, set at an offset of 10.75', measured radial or at right angles to the right-of-way line in lieu of a nail and disc marked "L.S. 7226" in the top of curb on an extension of the side lot line produced, set at an offset of9.75', measured radial or at right angles to the right-of-way line. 3 The EC along the front property line of Parcel 1 is monumented with a nail and disc marked "L.S. 7226" in the top of curb set at an offset of 9.50', measured radial to the right-of- way line in lieu of a nail and disc marked "L.S. 7226" in the top of curb set at an offset of 9.75', measured radial to the right-of-way line. In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map.
