CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
(Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of
Land Surveyor’s Act or any amendments thereto)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that I hereby certify that Parcel Map No. 8586, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County March 30, 1979, is in error and is corrected as follows in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor’s Act, or any amendments thereto.

The survey monument at the most southerly corner of Parcel 2, which reads “found 2” I.P. and tag marked R.C.E. 18010 per Map No. 7651 and P.M. 4838” is presumed to have been obliterated due to construction and has been perpetuated by a set 3/4” iron pipe with tag marked R.C.E. 18342.
