RELEASE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING MITIGATION AGREEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Affordable Housing Mitigation Agreement between
the City of Carlsbad and Lennar Corporation, successor-in-interest to Bramalea California,
Inc., a California Corporation, as required by an application for CT91-12 recorded on
January 1 1, 1996 as Document No. 1996-001 6 120 is hereby released for the following
reason(s):
In accordance with Section 1 of said Affordable Housing Mitigation Agreement and
by the Agreement Regarding Payment, as amended, between Metropolitan Area
Advisory Committee on Anti-Poverty of San Diego County, Inc. ("MAAC"), and
Lennar Corporation, the developer has fully satisfied the Inclusionary Housing
Requirements and fulfilled all obligations under said Affordable Housing Mitigation
Agreement through the payment by Lennar to MAAC of One Million One Hundred
Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Dollars ($1 ,I 42,460.00).
