ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
The undersigned, the owner of Ranch0 Carlsbad Mobil Home
Park, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, in consideration of the Grant of Permission by
the owner to install and maintain traffic signal loops,
wiring, and poles at the intersection of El Camino Real and Ranch0 Carlsbad Drive for the use and benefit of owner's property.
1. The above signal shall be installed and maintained by the City at no cost to the Owner.
2. The Agreement is made for the direct benefit of Owner's land above described and the covenants and conditions herein contained shall run with said land shall be
binding on the assigns and successors of Owner.
