-9 1951, by and between BEHNARD L, ROBINSON and ANITA Le & OBINSON, Husband and Wife, party of the first part, and CARLSBAD
MUTUAL WATER COUPANY, a California Corporation, party of the second
part:
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to said party of the second
part, the right and privilege of ingress and egress across and en-
croachment upon that certain real property situated in the County
of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
All that portion of Lot 6 of Laguna Mesa Tracts, Map No. 1719, in Carlsbd, County of San Diego, State of California, lying North of County Road Survey No, 843
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that this Agreement shall expire and
become null and void one hundred and eighty (180 days after the
date hereof ,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said parties of the first part
have affixed their signatures the day and year first above written.
