In the event OWNER fails to act as required in paragraph 3 above, after written demand therefor by CITY, CITY may.perforl OWNER's said obligations and OWNER shall upon written demand therefor, reimburse to CITY its costs therefor. 6. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns, and successors in interest in said real property, shall run with said real property, and shall create an equitable servitude 'upon said real property. I -c- I L 2107 L Y Geissinger Legal Description That portion of Cedar Hills Addition to the Town of Carlsbad, According to Map thereof No. 532, filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County, April 25, 1888, defined as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Cedar Hills.Addition, thence running North 89O 26' West along the North line of said Addition 731.29 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 6 of Laguna Mesa Tracts as shown on Map thereof No. 1719; thence South along the East line of said Tract 6 a distance of 1097.40 feet to the Southwesterly corner of that parcel of land described in deed to Clarence K. Brodie, et ux, recorded October 19, 1945 in Book 1971 Page 164 of Official Records, said point being the true point of beginning of the property herein described; thence East along the - South line of said Brodie's land being along a line parallel with the South line of said Cedar Hills Addition, a distance of 366 feet to a point on the West line of land described in Deed to E.
