Beginning at a point in the center line of Highland Drive,
a distant thereon North 33" 59' 51" West 372.58 feet from
the intersection of said center line of Highland Drive with
the center line of Oak Avenue; thence South 56" 05' 36"
West 108.38 feet: thence North 33" 59' West 139.24 feet to
a point in the arc of an 1158.00 foot radius curve concave
Southeasterly; a radial line to said point bears North
34“ 18' 01" West; thence Northeasterly along said curve,
through a central angle of O" 17' an arc distance of 5.73
feet: thence, tangent to said curve, North 55O 58' 59" East
62.62 feet to the beginning of a tangent 10.00 foot radius
curve concave Southerly: thence Easterly along the arc of
said curve, through a central angle of 90° 01' 10" an arc
