Carlsbacl, California, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as CITY; and Edith Vary Dorothea ;?amFay, hereinafter referred to
as F?A?!SAY.
RECITALS: 1-m This agreement is made with reference to the follow-
ing facts :
1. RAF’S.4Y owns certain real propertv located within the Ci.ty
of Carlsbad, County of Sa.n Diego, State of California, comr?.only
known as 2460 !3live Drive, described on Exhibit A attached hereto

2. CITY intends to extend Los Flares !!rive to connect with
!liohland Drive x>ursuant to Plans and Specifications on file in the &=’ 1 A
office of the City Engineer of the City of Carlshad, which plans

southerly side of her said property to CITY for said roadway.
4. CITY now wishes to acquire an additional parcel of
