FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CONTRACT FOR FUTURE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
OF
OWNER: Edna M. Glissman, C. R. Perkett and M. Jean Perkett
ADDRESS: 4400 Park Drive, Carlsbad, California
PARTIES: The parties to this agreement are the City of Carlsbad, a
municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred
to as City; and Edna M. Glissman as to an undivided one-half interest
and C. R. Perkett and M. Jean Perkett, husband and wife as joint
tenants, as to an undivided one-half interest, hereinafter referred
to as "Property Owner".
RECITALS: This agreement is made with reference to the following facts:
1. The parties hereto are also the parties to that certain contract
for Future Public Improvements dated August 30, 1977 and recorded
as File/Page No. 77-368962 on September 8, 1977 , in the official
records of the County Recorder, County of San Diego, State of
California.
2. Since the recording of said agreement, OWNER has deposited with
City the sum of $862.50, which is estimated to be the amount
necessary to provide the public improvements required by said
aareement, tn be nlaced in front of that certain real nronertv

3. Therefore the provisions of said agreement so far as they relate
to said Parcel 1 are no longer required and should be rescinded.
COVENANTS: Now, therefore, it is mutually agreed by and between the
parties hereto as follows:
1. The provisions of that certain contract for Future Public Improve-
ments dated August 30, 1977 and recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California,
on September 8, 1977 as File/Page No. 77-368962 are hereby
rescinded so far as they relate to that certain real property
located in the County of San Diego, State of California, referred
to as Parcel 1, and particularly described on Exhibit A, attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
