"In consideration of the City of Carlsbad's annexation and
Issuance of a conditional use perniit for development of a
missionary home on the following described property1
'All that portion of that certain parcel of land designated
as "Description No, k, 76,89 Acres" as shown and delineated
on Record of Survey Map No, 5715» filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, December 191 I960, be-
ing a portion of Lot "G" •f the Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to map
thereof Ko. 823f filed In the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, November I6, I896, described as followsj
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said "Description No, 4";
thence along the Westerly line of said Parcel South 09° 58' 17"
East, 600,00 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line North
77 22'52" East, 1107,^7 feet to a Point "A"; thence North
i+8° <2)1' 52" West, 811.18 feet to the Northerly line of said
"Description No, 4"; thence along said Northerly line South
71 35' 51" West, 612,83 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,'
which property ma.yjbe at some future time within the noise Impact
contour for Palomar Airport, the property owner/developer, Sudan
Interior Mission, agrees on behalf of Itself and its successors
and assigns to hold the City of Carlsbad harmless from any Injury
or damage to persons residing or working at the property described
herein or to the property itself, including Inverse condemnation
or nuisance resulting from noise generated or resulting from the
present or future operation of Palomar Airport or from aircraft
landing or taking off from said airport,"
