JOINT USE PARKING AGREEMENT
Greyhawk Business Center Association, a California Nonprofit mutual benefit
Corporation, being the owner of the "Association Property" within real property,
described as a 28 non-residential airspace condominium per Certificate of Compliance
Number CE 06-28 recorded with the County Recorder of San Diego as Document
Number 2006-0711427 recorded October 5, 2006, consents and agrees with condition
of approval number 13, of Planning Commission Resolution Number 6084 adopted May
17, 2006 that owners and assignees of each of the 28 non-residential airspace
condominium units may utilize the joint use of off-street parking and acknowledge that
no rights of ownership are to be affected except this limited right to use as herein above
described. The "Association Property," which includes all parking areas within the
property described above, is shown and described in the Condominium Plan recorded
on October 10, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006-0719747, of Official Records of San
Diego County, California. This agreement shall not be modified without the prior written
approval of the Planning Director, the City Engineer, and the City Attorney.
