EL CAMINO REAL PARTNERS being the owner of the real property located at
5810 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, California, consents and agrees with ABUNDANT LIFE
CHRISTIAN CENTER that ABUNDANT LIFE CHRISTIAN CENTER may utilize the joint use
of off-street parking after 6:OO p.m. Monday through Saturday and all day on Sunday,
and both parties acknowledge that no rights of ownership are to be affected except this
limited right to use as herein above described.
I have read and understood the above agreement for the joint use of off-street
parking.
