Dronenburg, Jr., COUNTY RECORDER FEES: 24.00 PAGES: MEMORANDUM OF LEASE This Memorandum of Lease, hereinafter "Memorandum," dated ^JLlairucufcA ^ . 2013, between the CITY OF CARLSBAD, (Lessor), and Bio, Tech, and Beyond LLC, (Lessee), concerning the Leased Premises at 2351 Faraday Avenue, Carlsbad, CA 92008, depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof For good and adequate consideration. Lessor leases the Leased Premises to Lessee, and Lessee hires for them from Lessor, for the term and on the provisions contained in the Lease dated January 29,2013, the Memorandum of which is recorded by the San Diego County Recorder's Office, Including without limitation, provisions prohibiting assignment and encumbering said leasehold, as more specifically set forth in said Lease Agreement, which said lease is incorporated in this Abstract by this reference The term ofthis lease is sixty (60) months, beginning February 1,2013 and ending January 31,2018. This Memorandum is not a complete summary ofthe Lease. Provisions in this Memorandum shall not be used in interpreting the Lease provisions. In the event of conflict between this Memorandum and other parts ofthe Lease, the other parts shall control.
