This Abstract of Lease , hereinafter “Abstract”, dated bw 9 2004,between
the CITY OF CARLSBAD, Lessor and Dale Perrigo db.a THE VILAGE GRILLE, Lessee, concerning
the Leased Premises at 2833 State Street, Carlsbad , CA 92008.
For good and adequate consideration, Lessor leases the Leased Premises to Lessee, and Lessee * 2004, the Abstract of which is recorded by the San Diego County Recorder’s
Office, including without limitation provisions prohibiting assignment, subleasing, and encumbering said
leasehold, as more specifically set forth in said Lease, which said lease is incorporated in this Abstract by
this reference.
