NOTICE: This Subordination Agreement results in your security
interest in the property becoming subject to and of
lower priority than the temporary encumbrance to
be established by the document attached hereto.
WHEREAS, that certain Deed of Trust between WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, collectively called
BENEFICIARY and
ALLSTAR INNS OPERATING L.P., A DELAWARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, collectively called TRUSTOR and
