SUBORDINATIC3NAGREEMENT FOR PERMANENT FINANCING
This subordination agreement is made between the City of Carlsbad
a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to a "City" and Gordo:
W. Hoard and Carolyn L. Hoard, husband and wife, hereinafte
referred to as "property owners".
Subordination Aareement
City hereby agrees to subordinate any right, title, or interes
created by that certain document entitled "Lot Split Improvemen
Agreement" between Laurence M. and Blanche L, Miller and City, datel
April 27, 1970 and recorded in the office of the San Diego Count
Recorder on May 6, 1970, recorder's file number 78268 to
construction loan secured by a deed of trust on the real propert
described as follows:
A portion of Lot 10, Block "G" of Bella Vista, in the City o Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, accordin' to may thereof number 2152, filed in the office of the Count Recorder of San Diego County, on March 7, 1929.

In addition, City agrees to subordinate any and all right,
title and interest created by said document to any permanent loar.
secured by a mortgage or deed of trust in like amount made for the
purpose of refinancing said loan referred to above.
This agreement shall be binding upon and inures to the benefit;
of the successors, heirsr assigns, and transferees of property owne
and shall run with said real property.
