LYLE 1 COUNTY RECORDERA NO FEE File No. C-652881/Project No. CMWD 83-107 SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT PACIFIC SAVINGS BANK, successor by merger with OCEANSIDE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation, holder(s) of the beneficial interest in a deed of trust dated April 21, 1961, and recorded May 31, 1961, Series 2, Book 1961, File No. 92794, Official Records, in the County of San Diego, State of California, affecting the hereinafter described real property in said County and State, HEREBY subordinate(s) the encumbrance, lien, or charge of said deed of trust to the easement over said land conveyed to COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT by Instrument recorded FEBRUARY 28, 1985, AS FILE NO. 85-065556, and AGREE that foreclosure or other enforcement of rights under said deed of trust shall not affect said easement.
