beneficial interest in a deed of trust dated March 23, 1984, and recorded
March 23, 1984, as File No. 84-106256 of Official Records in the County
of San Diego, State of California, affecting the hereinafter described
real property in said County and State, HEREBY
subordinate(s) the encumbrance, lien, or charge of said deed of trust to
the easement over said land conveyed to
COSTA·REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
\ by Instrument recorded October 8, 1984, as File No. 84-380184 and AGREE
that foreclosure or other enforcement of rights under said deed of trust
shall not affect said easement.
The easement described in this agreement affects that real property in the
County of San Diego, State of California, described as:

CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 79-14, RECORDED AS MAP NO. 9744 IN THE OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIGEO COUNTY, AUGUST 5, 1980, THAT
LIES BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CURVE AND A PARALLEL CURVE 8.50 FEET FURTHER DISTANT FROM THE CENTER AND THE RESPECTIVE RADIALS
CONNECTING THE TWO CURVES AT THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING AND THE
