The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, has been divided or has resulted from a division or combining of lots in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code pursuant thereto.

Diego, State of California, as shown on map filed in the Ofice of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, August 28, 1986 as File/Page No. 86-376455 Official Records, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Parcel 1, thence, along the south boundary of
said Parcel 1, South 81" 34' 57" West 180.02 feet to an angle point in said south
boundary; Thence continuing along said south boundary of said Parcel 1 North 63" 46'
17" West 35.04 feet to the most westerly corner of said Parcel 1; Thence, along the
northwesterly boundary of said Parcel 1, North 26" 1 1' 27" East 40.00 feet to the most
southerly corner of said Parcel 2; Thence continuing northeasterly along the westerly
portion of the common boundary of said Parcels 1 and 2 and the northeasterly
