1955, Ch. 1593) of Section 11 575 of the Business and Professions Code;
unless deeds are exchanged by the parcel owners pursuant to Section 66412(d)
of the Subdivision Map Act. (b)
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any other County, State or
Federal agency that regulates development of real property.
