NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Government Code Section 66412(d) and to
the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, and upon application of the undersigned
owner(s) of record, the following lot line adjustment is hereby approved by the City of
Carlsbad by its City Engineer.
OWNER(S): Joan D. Porter, Trustee of the Joan D. Cook Separate Property Trust dated
May 15, 1981, as amended and restated May 4, 1992.
DESCRIPTION: (See Exhibit "A" attached. Exhibit "B" is attached for clarity only.)
NOTE:The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner of
the property and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or
employees assume responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
This Certificate of Compliance shall have no force and effect unless deeds reflecting the
new boundaries are recorded pursuant to Government Code Section 66412(d).
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any other County,
State, or Federal agency that regulates development of real property.

Lot 11 together with Lot 12, in Block "A" in Map No. 2 of The Hayes Land Company
Addition To Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 1221, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, November 4, 1909, described for clarity as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of said Lot 11; thence along the boundaries of
Lot 11, then 12, South 36° East 50 feet to the most easterly corner of Lot 12; thence
along the boundary of Lot 12, South 54° West 140 feet to the most southerly corner of
Lot 12; thence along the boundaries of Lot 12, then 11, North 36° West 50 feet to the
most westerly corner of Lot 11; thence along the boundary of Lot 11 North 54° East 140
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING that portion, if any, of said Lots lying below the line of ordinary high tide of
