been divided or has resulted from a division or combining of lots in compli-
ance with the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code pursuant thereto.

Note: The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner
of the property and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers

This Certificate of Compliance shall have no force and effect if the above
owners or any subsequent transferee or assignee acquires any continguous pro-
perty other than a lot or lots shown on a recorded subdivision map, parcel map
or record of survey map filed pursuant to and prior to the repeal (Stats. 1955,
Ch. 1593) of Section 11575 of the Business and Professions Code.
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any
other County, State, or Federal agency that regulates development of real pro-
perty.

Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No. 775, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
February 15, 1894, TOGETHER WITH the Southwesterly Half of that portion of
the Alley in said Block "C", adjoining said Lots on the Northeast, as said
Alley was vacated and closed to public use on May 4, 1925 by Order of the
Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego, a copy of which said Order
recorded May 9, 1925 in Book 1091, Page 200 of Deeds, records of San Diego
County, described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 5; thence along the South-
westerly line of said Lots 5 and 6, North 34°33'00" West, 50.00 feet to the
most Westerly corner of said Lot 6; thence along the Northwesterly line of
said Lot 6, and the Northeasterly prolongation thereof, North 55°27'00" East,
