The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, has been
divided or has resulted from a division or combining of lots in compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
pursuant thereto. ,

of the property and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers

or any subsequent transferee or assignee acquires any contiguous property o'ther
than a lot or lots shown on a recorded subdivision map, parcel map or record of
survey map filed pursuant to and prior to the repeal (Stats. 1955, Ch. 1593) of
Section 11575 of the Business and Professions Code.
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any

feet to a point on the arc of a 908.00 foot radius curve concave
Easterly said point being on the Easterly right-of-way line of
Lowder Lane as shown on said Parcel Map No. 4279 a radial line to
said point bears South 74°27'00" West; thence, Northerly along
the arc of said curve through a central angle of 10°05'46" a dis-
tance of 160.00 feet; thence, leaving said curve South 89026'10"
East 441.79 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
An easement being a 24.00 foot strip of land for right of access,
being a portion of Parcels "A" and "Bn of Parcel Map No. 4279 on
file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State
of California. The Northwesterly line of said 24.00 foot strip
of land is described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest Corner of said Parcel B; thence, along
the Northwesterly line thereof North 74°27'00" East 215.15 feet to
the Northeast Corner of said Parcel B; thence, leaving s?aid North-
westerly line and along the Northeasterly prolongation of said
Northwesterly line North 74°27'00" East 212.86 feet to the Easterly

radius curve concave Easterly said point being on the Easterly

Northerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of

Parcel Map No. 4279 on file in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, State of California described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Westerly Southwest Corner of said Parcel "A";
