It has further been determined that the property can be brought into compliance with the State Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code provided the conditions as stated below are compiled with to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. This Certificate of Compliance shall have no force and effect if the above owners or any subsequent transferee or assignee acquires any contiguous property other than a lot or lots shown on a recorded subdivision map,parcel map or record of survey map filed pursuant to and prior to the repeal (Stats, 1955, Ch. 1593) of Section 11575 of the Business and Professions Code. This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way effect the requirements of any other County, State or Federal agency that regulates development of real property. This Certificate of Compliance shall be subject to the following conditions: Prior to occupancy of any dwelling on this lot line consolidation, the existing storm drain on Acacia Avenue shall be upgraded to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
