The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, has
been divided or has resulted from a division or combining of lots in compliance
with the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal
Code pursuant thereto.

NOTE:The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner
