by this Certificate of Compliance, is processed with the City of Carlsbad
and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County;
processed with the City of Carlsbad and recorded in the office of the
Fuerte through the parcel covered by this Certificate of Compliance, is
County Recorder of San Diego County;
(b) unless a Grant Deed of Easement for El Camino Real to complete
