All those portions of Lot 20 and Lot D of LAGUNA DEL MAR UNIT NO. 3, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 11387, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on December 6, 1985, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 20, said corner being a common corner between Lot D and Lot 20, thence North 83" 10' 26" West 8.71 feet; thence North 31" 17' 25" East 87.72 feet to the north line of said Lot 20; thence South 83" 20' 20" East, along said north line, 28.15 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 20;
20, 79.93 feet to the southeast corner thereof; thence thence South 6" 39' 40" West, along the east line of Lot
North 83" 10' 26" West, along the south line of said Lot 20, 56.00 feet to the point of beginning.
This parcel contains 3709 square feet.
