and Lot 20, thence North 83" 10' 26" West 8.71 feet; thence North 31" 17' 25" East 52.50 feet to the west line
Lot D and Lot 20; thence South 22" 04' 48" West, along of said Lot 20, said west line being a common line between
said west line, 49.53 feet to the point of beginning.
