has resulted from a division or combining of lots in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act
and the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code pursuant thereto.
OWNER(S): William J. King and Robin L. King, Trustees of the King Community Trust
dated February 27, 1996 as to an undivided 50% interest and King Family
Investments, LLC as to an undivided 50% interest as tenants in common
DESCRIPTION: See Exhibit "A" attached. Exhibit "B" is attached for clarity only.
NOTE: The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner of the
property, and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or employees
assumes responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision
Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may
be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any
local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcel may require issuance
of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
This certificate of compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any other county,
state, or federal agency that regulates development of real property.
