The City Engineer has determined that the real property described below, has been
divided or has resulted from a division or combining of lots in compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
pursuant thereto.

or any subsequent transferee or assignee acquires any contiguous property q.ther
than a lot or lots shown on a recorded subdivision map, parcel map or record of
survey map filed pursuant to and prior to the repeal (Stats. 1955, Ch. 1593) of
Section 11575 of the Business and Professions Code.
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any
other Countyji State or Federal agency that regulates development of real property.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that portion of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 26, Township 12 South, Range 4 Most, San Bernardino
Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Official Plat thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said West Half of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 26, distant South 0*14*14* West 864.69
feet from the northeast corner thereof, being a point in the
Southwesterly line of that certain 200 foot easement described in
deed to San Diego Gas and Electric Company, recorded December 9,
1953 as Recorder's Pile Mo. 165116 of Official Records of said
County; thence along said Easterly line South 0*14*14* West 718.86
feet to the Northeasterly corner of land described in deed to
CAL-PACIFIC PROPERTIES, INC., recorded February 8, 1972, File No*
30194 of Official Records; thence along the Northerly line of said
land North 89*45*46* West 322.27 feet to an intersection with the
Easterly right of way line of El Canino Real as shown on San Diego
County Road Survey No. 1800-1 filed in the Office of the County
Engineer of said County and as described in deeds to the County of
San Diego, recorded August 5, 1969 as Recorder's File No. 142233 and
July 10, 1970 as Recorder's File No. 121194 of Official Records of
said county} thence along said right of way line as established by
the first mentioned deed to the County - i.e. Recorder's Pile No*
142233 - North 7*35»00* West - deed - North 7*35I11" West - 10.68
feet to the beginning of a tangent 1845.00 foot radius curve,
concave Southwesterly, Northwesterly along said curve through a
central angle of 13*52*34* a distance of 446*83 feet to the point ofintersection with a non-tangent 1863*00 foot radius curve, concave
Southwesterly, a radial line to said 1845.00 foot radius curve,
bears North 68*32*26* Bast and a radial line to said 1863.00 foot
radius curve bears North 66*27*11* East, said point of intersection
being in the Southwesterly line of that certain parcel of land
described in Quit-Claim Deed by the County of San Diego recordedduly 15, 1970 as Recorder's File no. 123913i thence Northwesterly
along said Southwesterly line and said curve through a central angle
of 1*51*56* a distance of 60.66 feet to a point in the arc of said
curve to which a radial line bears North 64*35*15" Bast, thence
leaving said curve along the Northeasterly prolongation of said
radial line North 64*35*15* East 513.21 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM an undivided one-half interest in and to all oil
and minerals but without the right of surface entry to said land as
reserved in a deed recorded December 31, 1956 as File No. 183928 in
Book 6399 Page 434 of Official Records.
