This subdivision is a condominium project as defined in Section 1351 of the Civil Code of
the State of California, containing a maximum of two dwelling units and is filed pursuant to
the Subdivision Map Act.
The city engineer has determined that the real property described below is in compliance
with the Subdivision Map Act (Section 66428) and has complied with the findings required
by Chapter 20.24.150 of the Carisbad Municipal Code for waiver of the parcel map.
OWNER(S): David J. Sandwell and Barbara A. Sandwell, Trustees of the Sandwell
Family Trust Dated March 1, 2004
DESCRIPTION: See Exhibit "A" attached. Exhibit "B" is attached for clarity only.
NOTE: The description in Exhibit "A" attached has been provided by the owner of
the property and neither the City of Carisbad nor any of its officers or
employees assumes responsibility for the accuracy of said description.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision
Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may
be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any
local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcel may require issuance
of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
This Certificate of Compliance shall in no way affect the requirements of any other county,
state, or federal agency that regulates development of real property.
