Judgment of condemnation having been heretofore entered
in the aoove entitled action on July 24, 1967, in the Office of
the County Clerk of the County of San Diego, State of California,
and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the above
naiiieu Plaintiff, pursuant to that judgment, has paid into court
the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars ($369) to be disbursed
in accordance with the ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF TRUST FUNDS on file
herein as follows:
To Randolph G. Brier, as administrator of the estate of
Glen 3. Brier, Deceased, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-nine ($369)
in accordance with the Judgment in Condemnation on file herein as

just compensation for the interest in real property herein con-
demned, together with all damages of every kind and nature
suffered by said Defendant by reason of the taking of said interest
in said property; and said Defendant Randolph^G. Brier, as
administrator of the estate of Glen B. Brier, deceased, having
withdrawn from the court the said money so deposited by Plaintiff,
pursuant to the Court's Order for Payment of Trust funds, and
8 tnerefore having received the payment to which he is entitled;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

10 1. An easement for public street and right of wayi
11 purposes in the following described parcel of land, situate in the

14 Tiie Northerly 6.00 feet of that portion of Tract 117 of Carlsbad
| Lands, in tho City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
15 California, according to Map No. Ibfal, filed in the Office of the
Recorder of San Diego County on March 1, 1915, described as

| South 89°57' East, 658.95 feet from the most Northwesterly corner
