Range 4 West, SBBM, ia the County of San Diego, State
of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North-South
center line of said Section 27 with the Northerly
boundary of said Section; thence Southerly along said
center line 330 feet to true point of beginning;
thence Easterly at right angles to said center line
30 feet; thence Southerly parallel to said center line
330 feet; thence Westerly at right angles with said
center line 30 feet; thence Northerly along said center
line 330 feet to true point of beginning.
to be used by the Grantee, together with others and the public
in general, for such roadway purposes and rights-of-way for
installation of public utilities and pipe lines, with full power
vested in the Grantee to grant or dedicate such casement or
right-of-way to any public body as a public street and the
right to grant to others the right to lay pipelines or install
utilities of the usual kind over said property.
