HomeMy WebLinkAbout; |Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank|Oceanside Mutual Water Company|; None; Easement (2)I T f ,. ~ 0 L. . m (COPY) GRANT OF RIQfT OF WAY THIS INIIENTUXE, mode this 19th day of July 1930, by and between the Oceanside hhtual Water Cor-pany, a corporation, herein after referred to as the First Party, and Citizens National Trust and Savings Bank of Lo3 Angeles, hereinafter referred to as the Second Party, WITNESSETH: ””””” That in consideration of the sum of Ten ($jlO.O@) Dollars, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable considerations, the First Party above named does hereby grant to the Secund Party a right of way for the purpose of installing, operating, maintaining, repairing and replacing a pipe line having a maximum internal diameter of’ twelve inches (12”) in, dong, over and across the strip of land hereinafter specificdly described, together with a right of access thereto by mans of vehicles over and across lands of First Party: provided, however, that suoh right of access shall never be so exercised as to interfere with works or improvements of’ the First Party or iks successors in interest, it being the true intent and purpose hereof, however, that the Second Party shall a,% all tim have sufficient reasonable access thereto to permit the proper and econonzic installation ad maintenance of a pipe line upon the said right of way, The strip of land hereinbefore referred to is more specifically described as follows, to-dt: All that portion of Lot “D” Rancho Agua Eedionda as per Partition Map of same No. 823, Records of San Diego County, California, described as follows: H strip of land having a unifom width of 5.00 feet, the sides being 2.50 feet from and parallel with a center line described as follows: Beginning at the Worth Quarter Section corner of’ Frac. Sec. 35, T. 11 So., Range 4 West, S B B & M; -1- ?A & 'I ) th6nGe So. Oo 14* ":est 2125.6Q feet along the North and South center line of said Sec. 35 produced within the Grant to the Southeast corner of that parcel af land cmveyed by Chester Gunn and Elizabeth Gunn to George L, Gunn and Chester D. Gunn by deed recorded Nov. 6, 1920, Page 314, Book 829 of Deeds, Records of San Xego County, California; thence So. 78O 39' West 819.33 feet; thence So. 54O 35' West 317.15 feet to the true poifit of beginning, said point of beginning being the Northwest corner of the parcel secured by the Vista Irrigation District for pumpsite; thence So. 69' 18' West 327.56 feet; thence SO. 79O 49' ~est 865.20 feet; thence SO. 72' 23' West 493.30 feet to a point in the West Boundary of said Sec. 35 from which point the Southwest corner of said Sec. 35, a marked stone found set for that corner bears So.
