Beginning at the intersection of the North-South
center line of said Sections 22 and 27 with the Southerly
boundary of Section 22 (being also the Northerly boundary
of Section 27) thence at right angles with said center

said center line 860 feet; thence Westerly at right
angles with said center line 60 feet; thence Southerly
parallel with said center line 1980 feet; thence at
right angles with said center line 30 feet to said
center line; thence Northerly along said center line
