a corporation, an easement for roadway purposes and rirht-of -way for
installation of public utilities and pipelines over property situated
in the County of San Diego, State of California, described r.s follows
That portion of the North one-half (Nj) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW^) of the Southeast quarter
(SE^), together with that portion of the North
one-half (Ng) of the Southeast Quarter (SE^) of
the ^outhwest Quarter (SV-'l), all in S9Ction 22,
Township 12 South, Ran re 4 Wost, San barnardino
i.i-^ridian, according t'j United States Government
Survey approved April 21, 1 390, described as
follows :
at the South Quarter corner of said

Soutn centerllne of said Section 22, 990 feet,
more or less to the Northwest corner of the South-
west One Quarter (SW^) of the Northwest One-
Quarter (NW£) of the Southwest One Quarter (

22, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINVING
of the herein described easement; thence Westerly

usual kind over said property.
