the County Recorder of San Diego, County, State sf Calif ornla,
more Particularly described as follows:
The North one (1) foot of Lot 9* Block nAr, Hayes Land Company Addition, according to Map thereto No. 1221, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, lying adjaczent to the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 9.
