In consideration of the sum of One Hundred {flOO.OO)
Dollars, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, W. S. Kelly and
Lavinla J, Kelly, optionors in that certain option relating to
the Calavera Reservoir Site, dated February 6, 1930, and re-
corded February 11, 1930, in Book 1727, Page 484 of Deeds,
Records of San Diego County, and that certain Extension of
Option given hy said W. S. Kelly and Lavinla J. Kelly, option-
ors, for thirty (30) days from date of expiration of said Option,
recorded March 19, 1930, in Book 1739, Page 493 of Deeds, Records
of San Diego County, do hereby extend the term of the said Option
for an additional period of thirl^y {*e^ days from and after tbe
expiration date heretofore fixed, to-wit, to and including the
k^^'/t^, day of June, 1930, it being the intent that, except as to the
^SK^ extension of time, the terms of the said option shall be unmodi-
fied, and do hereby agree that in the event of said option being
exercised, the above mentioned consideration of One Hundred
(1100,00) Dollars is to he applied on the purchase price.
