its successors and assigns, an easement of right of way. 3.Q feet in width in, upon, over, under, and across the
lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for
any and all purposes and also underground conduits and cables for telephone, signal, and communication purposes, together
with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances at such locations and elevations, upon, along, over and under the herein-
after described right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time, together
with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,
upon, over and across the hereinafter described lands, together with the right to clear and keep clear said right of way
from explosives, buildings and structures.

That portion of Section 21, Township 12 South, Range k West, San Bernardino Meridian
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Government
Survey approved October 25, 1875, included within the following described parcel of
land:
Commencing at a point ^0 rods West of the Southeast corner of Section 21, Township 12
|PC2 South, Range k West, San Bernardino Meridian, and running thence East ^0 rods to said
|104399 corner; thence Hourth 20 rods; thence West 18 rods; thence in a direct Southwest line
L-lU-2t9 29 rods to the point of beginning.

The center line of said easement of right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows:

Beginning at, the South Quarter Corner of Section 22, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Meridian; according to Record of Survey Map No. 584 as filed in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, California, April 29, 1937; thence North 1° 51' 12"
West 1056.06 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89° 55' 47" West 1286.55 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southerly, having a radius of 1000 feet; thencfc
Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 24° 30' 38" an arc distance of 427.79
feet; thence tangent to said curve South 65° 33' 35" West 1022.30 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve, concave Southerly, having a radius of 1000 feet; thence Southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 14° 08' 00" an arc distance of 246.67 feet; thence
tangent to said curve South 51° 25*35" West 349.64 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northerly, having a radius of 500 feet; thence Westerly along said curve through a
central angle of 38° 30'30" an arc distance of 335*98 feet; thence tangent to said curve
South 89° 56' 05" West 3097.27 feet.

The basis of bearing for this description being the South line of said Section 22 as
shown on said Record of Survey No. 584; i.e., South 87° 51' 00" East.

Grantor and .their..,successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any
building or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect, maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross
said route or routes, and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be
necessary for the convenient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted, the right to transfer and assign this easement
in whole or in part being hereby granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on, under or over said strip of land by Grantor,
without the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and..5ft?.4-.?..successors or assigns, shall not
increase or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right
of way, existing at the time this document is executed, without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
