1915, descriged as follows:
Beginning at.the Northeast corner of Tract 248, Thum Lands, Map No,
1681; thence South 30" 04' 00" West 135.07 feet as same is shown on
Record of Survey No. 4414 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing along said line, this line being parallel with centerlini
of Basswood Avenue, South 30° 04' 00" West 120.39 feet: thence Sout:
28O 39' 00" East 109.43 feet; thence North 61O 21' 00" East 118.32
feet; thence North 33' 46' 42" West 172.63 feet to the TRUE POINT

1681; thence South 30° 04' 00" West 255.46 feet, as same is shown o
Record of Survey No. 4414 and said line being parallel with center-
line of Basswood Avenue to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the ease-
ment to be described, being the most Westerly corner of the above
described property: thence South 28O 39' 00" East 8.00 feet: &hence
North 13" 22' 43" East 23.82 feet: thence South 30' 04' 00" West
18.66 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the easement herein described is granted as a pe1
easement for the purpose of erecting. constructing, reconstructing, replacing. repairing, maintaining, and operating
system, sewerage, drainage, power line, excavation, and/or embankment faciIities and appurtenances thereto, togethe
