LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The Northerly 4.50 feet of that portion of Tract Two Hundred Thirt one of Thum Lands, in the County of San Diego, State of California
according to Map tnereof No. 1681, filed in the office of the Coun
Recorder of said San Diego County, December 9, 1915, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Tract 231: thence
North 89"26' West a distance of 423.64 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence South 28'39' East 405.79 feet to a point; thence
North 61O21' East 167.20 feet to a point; thence North 28O39' West
to a point on the Northerly boundary line of said Tract 231 (also
the Southerly boundary line of Magnolia Avenue); thence North 89O
26' West to the true point of beginning.
